Food Authenticity Network

The Food Authenticity Network (FAN) is an award-winning, open access website that provides a centralised platform for curated information on food authenticity testing and food fraud prevention so that stakeholders are better able to protect global food supply chains and ultimately consumers from food fraud/crime. FAN aims to facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders such as scientists, the food industry, government bodies and academia to improve food safety standards world-wide. FAN is a global community of over 5,100 members and our website was accessed by over 43,400 unique users from 166 countries in 2023. It is free to become a FAN member.
